1. To involve in tender and follow up assigned procurements of few construction projects.
2. To ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget. 3. To involve in Purchase Order/ price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
4. To work with Project Manager for the progress payment and issuance payment certificates and to be assigned work related to complete the project handover.
