Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement and purchase of vessels' spare parts, supplies, and services, including preparing orders and comparing offers from suppliers.
- Verify invoices, track expenditures, and ensure timely delivery of supplies to vessels.
- Maintain records, address defects, coordinate with vendors, and assist with technical matters as needed.
- Update technical certificates and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superintendents or Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Shipping or Marine industry
- Familiar with vessel records and certificates
