Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic HR point of contact for leadership, ensuring HR solutions align with business needs and comply with standards and legislation.
- Manage day-to-day HR issues to support smooth operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure HR practices comply across all business units.
- Enhance employee engagement and productivity through effective HR programs.
- Design job descriptions and KPIs with business leaders.
- Handle onboarding, benefits, compliance, disciplinary issues, and exit procedures.
- Optimisee HR costs and ensure effective human-job fit.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Prepare management reports and adhere to HSE policies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years in HR generalist roles, Welcome Fresh Graduate training will be provided.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (Ascender & SmartRecruiter preferred).
- Knowledge of Employment Act and ISO9001 standards.
- Competency-based hiring and psychometric profiling experience is a plus.
- Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Excellent relationship-building and strategic thinking skills.
- Team player with leadership abilities.
Location: Based in Shah Alam, Selangor, with occasional nationwide travel.
