Retail Assistant

Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for all retail operations and job duties, from approaching customers, handling customer’s enquiries, promote product features to close sales.
• Demonstrating outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Appointed for cashiering must process payments by totalling purchases; processing checks, cash and store or other credit cards.
• Able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally. Maintains a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting store’s commitment to our customer.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent services; mastering product knowledge; actively involved in handling and solving customer’s enquiries, complaints and issues.
• Proactively approach customers to promote product features, benefits & unique selling points clearly and upsell additional products or accessories as appropriate. Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.
• Understand of store targets and store KPI’s, take ownership and work towards meeting or exceeding targets.
• Process product deliveries promptly and effectively, and constantly replenish products fixtures to ensure all products are represented and no shelves are left empty.
• Ensure good housekeeping, cleanliness, tidiness of outlet.
• Performs all daily chores before store opening and closing hours.
• Must be a team player in supporting and assisting team members daily.
• Must be on duty as schedule on weekly roster and be punctual.
• Any other projects as assigned. Any other job roles and responsibilities assigned to you during employment.
