What will you do?
- Design and implement editorial strategy for relevant Marketing Framework scope.
- Deliver impactful stories and editorial content supporting Group priorities.
- Contribute to increasing the understanding of the business strategy for internal teams and the Group's priorities for external stakeholders
- Operationalizing a continuous dialogue with all stakeholders
- Promoting the group's brand and protecting its reputation
- This is a hands-on, individual contributor role, drawing on resources from Global Brand and Communications organization, supporting the EVP International Operations with thought leadership, blog writing, presentation preparation, speech writing and panel speaking support etc.
- International Operations includes Middle East and Africa, South America, Pacific and Greater India regions.
- Whilst working closely with the EVP Int Ops, this role officially reports to the SVP Global Marketing. This role will be based in Singapore and accountable for Internal communications activity for the International Operations Global Marketing team.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related disciplines.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in communications / marketing in global companies/journalism
- High calibre writing is a must
- Best-in-class communication skills, strong internal and external stakeholder management experience and the ability to build relationships to navigate a complex global matrix organization.
- A natural curiosity for business, the ability to assimilate information quickly and an understanding and keen interest in the energy transition, electrification and sustainability issues will be required
- 1- 2 yrs of experience working with an executive committee member for their social media, internal and external communication and thought leadership
- Have a strong network in the global internal communication team 1-2 years work experience working in Global Communications
- Knowledge of SE Sustainability commitments and initiatives, ability to effectively communicate them both internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability to write and manage social media blogs, create presentations to be made by EVP to external stakeholders in alignment with our Global Brand and Communications guidelines
