Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Spirometry Technician to conduct home spirometry tests across Singapore. This role involves coordinating with patients, performing pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry tests, and accurately updating results in our web portal. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of spirometry procedures, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check and confirm spirometry test bookings.
- Contact users in advance to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
- Travel to users' homes on the scheduled dates.
- Conduct pre-bronchodilator spirometry tests following standard procedures.
- Administer bronchodilators as required.
- Perform post-bronchodilator spirometry tests to capture accurate results.
- Accurately update test results in the provided web portal immediately after the tests.
- Ensure all data entered is correct and complies with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as required, which may include but are not limited to, assisting with other health-related measurements or supporting other team members.
