EM Sales Manager
Location: West
Salary: $5,000 - $5,500 Basic
Job Responsibilities:-
Sales Budget-
- To ensure overall Automation budget is hit. Automation budget is inclusive of products with direct AUT SAP code under automation and Automation Cabinets under ESS SAP Code
Support for Overseas office-
- To provide indoor support for the regional offices - Malaysia,Thailand and Indonesia to handle Automation enquiries
Quotations-
- Handle quotation enquiries for Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines and Thailand
- Clear technical clarifications with customers
- Prepare quotation and follow-up for status
Orders-
- Processing of orders and ensure orders ship on time
RMA -
- Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia
- Co-ordinate with factory for RMA #
- Monitor shipment to be sent back to factory for diagnostic
- Follow-up with factory for repair charges
- Quote customers for repair charges
- Follow up with customers on POs for repairs
- Monitor lead time for repairs and arranged shipment back to respective customer after repair
Demo Units-
- for Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia
- Update list for demo units
- Prepare loan slip to customers
- Arrange delivery for demo unit to customers and monitor and follow-up for the returned of demo units
Job Requirements:-
- Major in Computer Science and technology is preferred
- Background in selling industrial products
- Understanding of Wireless, IoT and RFID technology
- Experience of selling to multiple stakeholders
- Selling through and developing channels
- Some sort of technical qualification that would demonstrate that they could learn new things and be able to handle the technical aspects of the role
- Sales experience to the process industry is desirable
- Understanding of hazardous areas and Ex standards is preferred
- RTLS experience is preferred
