Main Responsibilities:
- Promoting the company’s services and products to customers.
- Perform full facial, or slimming or wellness treatments for customer
- Provide professional skin or body analysis and consultation
- Handle customer's enquiries, booking of appointment and receiving customers upon arrival
- Identify customer’s needs and recommend suitable products and treatments to customer
- Provide high standards of customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
- Good to have beauty certificates - CIBTAC or CIDESCO or relevant certificate
- Candidate who can start work immediately will be an advantage
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin to converse with customers who can only speak mandarin
- Good interpersonal skill multitasks and self-motivated for achieving sales target
- Well-groomed, professional, good attitude and enjoy meeting people
- Arrange or follow up with Customer’s appointment accordingly.
- Able to commit retail hours
