Responsibilities
Corporate Office Manager
Admin / Office
● Coordinating and managing appointments and meetings
● Maintaining and proper filing of general office files, including job files,vendor files and other files related to the Company’s operations
● Purchasing and managing office supplies, equipment and furniture, including pantry and cleaning supplies
● Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
● Attend to telephone enquiries promptly
● Supervise the cleaning vendor
● Liaise with Facilities Management department on maintenance and repairs
HR
● Lead and work with management on all human resource matters in the company
● Application and coordination of government and other grants
Finance
● Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking
● Management of payments and company IRAS submissions
● Management of staff payroll, including CPF submission and IR8A submissions
● Prepare reports, as required, for submission
Others
● Report and work with Managing Director / General Manager on any other human resource, finance or office management related duties
Requirements
● At least 3 years of related experience in a similar role
● Good proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook, and able to adapt and use software applications
● Bilingual and knowledge of other spoken language will be an advantage
● Able to prioritize, problem-solve and is meticulous in follow through
● Independent and a good team worker
