Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee and enhance our online sales operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing e-commerce channels, specifically with experience in Microsoft Business Central ERP system, Woocommerce Seller Management, Amazon Seller Central, Lazada Seller Central, and Shopee Seller Central.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Platform Management:Oversee and manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon Seller Central, Woocommerce Seller Management, Lazada Seller Central, and Shopee Seller Central.
Optimize product listings to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze sales performance across all platforms to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- ERP System Integration:Utilize Microsoft Business Central ERP system for efficient inventory management, order processing, and financial reporting.
Ensure seamless integration between e-commerce platforms and the ERP system to streamline operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ERP system and platform integrations.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize online sales and profitability.
Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, deals, and advertising efforts.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management:Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service and support.
Implement strategies to improve customer reviews and ratings on all platforms.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to generate actionable insights.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Collaboration and Team Management:Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive operations.
Provide training and support to team members on e-commerce best practices and platform updates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central ERP system.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Lazada Seller Central, and Shopee Seller Central.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
