- Assist Operations Manager on daily cafe operations
- To handle Front counter service
- To handle Kitchen operations
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, food sanitation and SFA hygiene and practices
- Assist and report to Outlet Manager
- To manage and conduct corporate good customers service training
- Implement cost saving and initiate productivity
- Positive attitude towards fostering teamwork
- Diploma in Culinary or experience in F&B
- 6 Day work week
- Must be able to work on Public Holidays and weekends
