Job Descriptions:
• Handling project payment claim and sub-con payment
• Identify and prepare variation orders for the projects.
• Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration services.
• Involve in all quantity surveying and contract administration activities for the projects.
• Ensure proper documents of all records and claims be submitted and certified on time.
• Close liaison among project managers, consultants, and vendors.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of Singapore related working experience is compulsory
• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Building Services / M&E Engineering
• With relevant local working experience would be preferred
• Good oral & written communication skills with a positive work attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision
