Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Execution: Manage the commercial sales process, including traveling within your designated countries of responsibility.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and distributors, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Activities: Conduct both direct sales and channel sales to achieve targets.
- Budget Preparation: Develop sales budgets for each market or country under your responsibility.
- Action Plan Development: Create and implement action plans for your assigned countries.
- Distributor Management: Select distributors, negotiate contracts, and manage distributor relationships.
- Tender and Contract Management: Review tender invitations, technical specifications, quotations, and contracts, and handle technical clarifications with the project management team.
- Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Director, Asia Pacific.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or Engineering is preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant regional sales experience as a sales manager within the Asia Pacific region.
- Sales Performance: Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the aviation segment or project sales is advantageous.
