INVESTMENT OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

As an Investment Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their investment portfolio. You will be responsible for a wide range of operational tasks, including financial analysis, reporting, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

· Financial Analysis:

o Conduct financial modeling and analysis of portfolio companies.

o Prepare valuation reports and financial projections.

o Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators.

· Fund Administration:

o Manage fund accounting and reporting.

o Prepare investor reports and financial statements.

o Oversee fund administration tasks, including capital calls, distributions, and investor relations.

· Portfolio Management:

o Assist in portfolio monitoring and reporting.

o Collect and analyze financial and operational data from portfolio companies.

o Prepare investment committee materials.

· Operational Support:

o Provide administrative support for investment activities, including deal execution and closing.

o Maintain investment databases and records.

o Coordinate with external parties (lawyers, accountants, etc.) as needed.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

· Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.

· Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, financial modeling tools).

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience with wealth management in the Family Office and/or funds industry
