Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assist and support project manager
- Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team-building sessions are required.
- Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
- Recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings & ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
- To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule
- Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods, and fluent speaking in English and Chinese.
- Any other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are preferred
