Fundraising and Donor Management
- Corporate or Individual donor/partner solicitation and stewardship
- Acquire and manage in-kind sponsorships and donations.
- Engage with donors and partners (including volunteers) to maintain their support.
- Communicate with NCSS and other agencies for all fundraising related activities.
- Support the planning, execution of fundraising events (including preparation of materials, audio-visual aids, appeals, collaterals, etc.)
- Prepare funding proposals, donation appeals and appreciation letters.
- Record, manage and maintain all fundraising income and be the main point of contact between the Finance team and Fundraising Committee.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate information on donors and donations.
- Assist with all activities related to fundraising and donations.
- Work closely with MarCom and Fundraising committees for related matters.
- Actively manage all databases of donors and partners (including volunteers) details.
- Provide administrative and support to services to Fundraising or relevant committees for meetings when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Digital Marketing & Corporate Communications
1. Assist in the execution of communicating strategies to stakeholders (Board of Directors of FRCS, FRCS Committees, FRCS Rotary Clubs Members, Government Ministries and Agencies e.g. NCSS, MCCY, MSF, MOH).
2. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
3. Curate the content and acquire interesting stories to be published as an e-Newsletter.
4. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
5. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors as required.
6. Plan and monitor the ongoing FRCS presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc).
7. Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness when required to support development activities.
8. Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc).
9. Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
10. Consolidate information from various internal and external stakeholders thereafter, edit and publish Annual Report.
11. Write speeches for BOD and Chairman as required
12. Edit and write articles to document key initiatives for the FRCS Newsletter
Required Skills
1. Strong English written and spoken skills
2. Great communication skills and high level of emotional quotient
3. Creative and adaptive mindset
4. A-Level, Poly or University Graduate in related discipline of study
5. Familiar with MS Office and Publishing Software, eg, Wordpress, mass Email software/Donor/Volunteer Management System and competent IT skills
6. Strong event organisational and interpersonal skills
7. Some experience in fundraising, whether corporate, government-related, or non-profit, would be an advantage
8. Resourceful and initiative driven
9. Ability to deal with confidential information sensitively and appropriately
10. Meticulous, detailed in work and able to handle deadlines and stress
