Duties
- Support recruitment activities, reviewing and liaison with candidates, government bodies and internally pertaining to onboarding documents including Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and work applications.
- Manage exit interviews reschedules (if any) for resignees (specialist level) to meet with VMB/ACMB.
- Support leadership search and Renewals exercise.
- Arranging interview meetings, prepare appointment and renewal letters for Exec’s review and updating details into HRIS.
Requirements
- Minimally GCE A level or diploma
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel and related software
- Able to commit till end Dec 2024
