Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel, providing accurate and timely information as required.
- Assist in office administrative and facilities duties, such as ordering office inventory and maintaining meticulous records of inventory levels.
- Plan and organize meetings, prepare and review reports and documents, and implement administrative systems.
- Support general administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Undertake other assigned ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum requirement of a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Strong organizational prowess with meticulous attention to detail.
