Job Descriptions:
- Acquire new clients (Business Development) and foster positive & long-term relationships.
- Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Engage in full cycle of recruitment process including source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates' skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates and develop long-term relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in 360 recruitment within a recruitment agency.
- Dynamic, humble, and self-motivated individual with a positive work attitude.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets.
- Ability to converse professionally with both clients and talents on a daily basis.
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
