Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations, setting weekly performance goals and ensuring their achievement.
- Develop and implement organizational strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Plan work schedules and allocate manpower effectively.
- Coordinate and manage work activities, providing guidance and support to staff.
- Train new and existing employees and initiate disciplinary actions as needed.
- Address customer feedback promptly and effectively.
- Manage and evaluate the performance of junior staff.
- Provide comprehensive training and coaching to enhance staff capabilities.
- Conduct daily inspections to assess work quality and implement corrective measures promptly.
- Recommend and implement operational plans to enhance work processes and service quality.
- Control costs effectively to optimize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop new employees.
- Undertake other assigned ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to personal development.
- Ability to work independently when necessary.
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, M&E systems (Mechanical & Electrical), and AutoCAD.
