Job Summary:

Join company's team as a Senior Executive in Business Development and Solutioning, where you will drive growth in healthcare logistics through dynamic business development, marketing, and sales efforts. You will research the market, foster relationships with healthcare clients, and craft innovative logistics solutions tailored to their needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Lead sales and marketing initiatives, respond to tenders and RFPs, and build impactful relationships with healthcare customers.
  • Solution Design: Analyze customer needs to develop cutting-edge logistics solutions, including prototypes and proof of concepts.
  • Project Management: Oversee logistics projects from inception to completion, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
  • Innovation and R&D: Conduct research and develop innovative logistics solutions to enhance company's competitiveness.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, provide post-service technical support, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Industry Insight: Stay updated with the latest technological advancements to continually improve company's offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in in Healthcare Supply Chain Management and Business Development.
  • Experienced with responding to tenders and solutioning, or related field such as Healthcare Administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management.
  • Ability to innovate and develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
