Description
- Keep proper records of contracts and invoices
- Assist traders/ shipping manager to follow up on needed import/ export documentation, declaration as well as submission for insurance
- Follow up on shipment schedules
- Assist to prepare reports for management
- Handle any other ad-hoc project as needed by the team
Requirements
- Diploma holder in any discipline or studies
- At least one year of administrative related experience/ Entry-level candidates can be considered as training will be provided.
- Meticulous nature and excellent administrative and follow-up skills.
