Responsibilities:
- Project Review: Assess project requirements, technical clarifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Plan and schedule M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works, manage material requisitions, oversee cost control, supervise project activities, and maintain documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Progress Monitoring: Ensure that the project progresses smoothly and adheres to the established timeline.
- Safety and Quality Assurance: Carry out safety and quality assurance duties, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project progress and handover.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Client Interaction: Attend meetings and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Claims Assistance: Support the preparation and management of progress and financial claims.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with all levels of the project team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or a related field.
- Strong managerial experience with a results-driven approach.
- Relevant experience in the M&E industry.
- Technical knowledge of M&E works.
- Proficiency in English.
