Responsibilities:
- Project Review: Examine project requirements, technical clarifications, and drawings to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Scheduling and Supervision: Plan and schedule M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works, manage material requisitions, control costs, supervise project activities, and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Project Progress: Ensure the project progresses smoothly and adheres to the timeline.
- Safety and Quality Assurance: Perform safety and quality assurance roles, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on project progress and handover, documenting key milestones and issues.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks as assigned by management.
- Client Liaison: Attend meetings and liaise with clients to address their needs and provide updates.
- Claims Assistance: Assist with preparing and managing progress and financial claims.
- Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the project team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or a related field.
- More than 2 years of experience in the M&E industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E works.
- Proficient in English.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
- Resourceful self-starter with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, coordinate with teams, manage pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
