Full time Level 2 “Cisco Voice and Wireless” Network engineer to perform and handle but not limiting to:
i.
Project technical lead for ICT Projects
ii.
Support in daily operations on incident management, problem(s) / issue(s) remediation and service(s) restoration.
iii.
Fulfilling of service request(s) related to network voice and wireless following the Change Management procedure.
iv.
Create and maintain documentations of network configuration, network diagram, mapping, processes, and service records.
v.
Manage, track and assessment all of principal advisories on patches on vulnerability and firmware upgrades
vi.
Planning and applying of devices security patches and firmware upgrades.
vii.
Any other tasks assigned by the Institute.
Full time Level 2 “Cisco Voice and Wireless” required qualification and experience:
i.
At least 3 years of strong experience with in-depth hands-on experience on Cisco Wireless devices and Cisco Voice devices as below:
a)
Cisco Wireless Controllers
b)
Aruba Clearpass
c)
Cisco DNAC
d)
Cisco ISE
e)
Cisco CMX
f)
Cisco Expressway Core and Edge for Jabber, Cisco Auto Attendant, Call Manager
g)
Cisco Voice Gateway
ii.
Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
iii.
Candidate with CCNP Wireless and/or CCNP Collaboration or equivalent will be an added advantage.
iv.
Strong communications and written skills in English.
v.
Excellent problem-solving skills in a multi-tasking, fast-paced and complex work environment.
vi.
Good communication skill, positive attitude, team player, resourceful and resolve problems independently.
vii.
At least 3 years supporting a campus wireless network and IP voice infrastructure.
