Job Description:
- Design and Creativity: Lead the design process from concept through to development and presentation, ensuring high-quality and creative outputs.
- Technical Skills: Create Full Set 2D & 3D designs using Max/V-Ray, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and produce joinery drawings, including as-built drawings.
- Project Oversight: Supervise all design projects, offering guidance and support to ensure that all designs adhere to quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, project team, and procurement department to coordinate schedules and design plans.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all designs meet client expectations and quality standards within specified deadlines.
- Client Communication: Act as the main contact for clients regarding design matters, participate in project review meetings and client presentations, provide progress updates, and address any questions or concerns.
- Innovation and Research: Continuously research new design innovations, industry trends, and best practices.
- Project Involvement: Engage directly in each project from initial programming through to completion, overseeing the creation of design presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and clients.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-Ray, or other 3D rendering software.
- At least 2 years of experience in an interior design firm or related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drawing preparation and organization.
- Experience with both commercial and residential projects is advantageous.
