Requirements
- 5 Days Work Week ( Alternate Saturday Off )
- Salary Range : $2500 to $3200 ( Depending on qualifications and years of relevant experience )
- Must have passion to meet people and customer service oriented
- Minimum Nitec in Automotive Engineering or any Technical Diploma
- Valid Class 3 driving license a must
- Able to work independently
- 3 yrs in automotive experience or with experience in hospitality industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to converse in other non-English speaking languages.
Job Description
- Attend to customer’s vehicles to determine the work scope needed, provide technical advices and quotation for consideration and acceptance.
- Manage customer’s expectation and co-ordinate with service providers to meet customer’s demand
- Work with workshop to deliver efficient and effective aftersales services
- Check invoices for correctness before billing and explain individual items to customer
- Raise technical query to Technical Team when unusual trend on vehicles is spotted
- Test drive with customer if necessary.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by superior
- Submit Customer Incident Form in system to address customer concern
- Follow up with customer and solicit feedback on repair including scheduling for next service appointment.
