Job Descriptions

  • Oversee the dining room operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements, optimizing table turnover while maintaining a pleasant dining atmosphere.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate front-of-house staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the menu, including daily specials and wine pairings, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of dining room supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Good Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, essential for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Good Energy: Positive and enthusiastic attitude, contributing to a lively and engaging work environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others, supporting a cohesive and productive team dynamic.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business and customers.
