As an Associate Creative Director (Visual Design) at R/GA, you will be part of the world-class design team across all applications and channels. Partnering with the leadership team in Southeast Asia (Singapore), you will drive excellence in creative solutions and foster a positive and dynamic creative culture. Responsibilities
- Work closely with the ECD and fellow CDs to lead the creative department.
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters to enhance creative deliverables.
- Oversee the quality of design throughout all project phases.
- Mentor and manage junior designers and copywriters where available.
- Front and manage clients and internal teams confidently.
- Contribute to visual design thinking, encompassing how a brand acts, looks, and comes to life across experiences.
- Lift and drive the quality of work to a world-class level.
- Drive a dynamic, positive, and inclusive culture of creativity.
- Ensure your team has the training and support they need to grow.
- Partner with the leadership team to support new business growth.
The ideal person
- 8-10 years as a Senior Visual Designer or Associate Creative Director.
- Master-level design and layout with a track record of innovative work.
- Proven background in visual interface design for websites and mobile apps.
- Skilled in MacOS, Sketch, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
- Experienced in leading and mentoring design teams.
- Exceptional skills in team and client communication, and outstanding presentation abilities.
