Responsiblities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial reporting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the preparation and review of the annual budget, collaborating with department heads and senior management.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with established standards.
- Implement and maintain effective budgetary controls to monitor expenditure and ensure financial discipline.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely resolution of arrears.
- Maintain meticulous records of financial transactions and ensure data integrity.
- Oversee grants management, including monitoring disbursements and compliance with funding requirements.
- Facilitate inter-fund transfers and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Coordinate tax reporting activities and liaise with external auditors during audits.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting
- Meticulous and can work independently and as a team player
- Possesses minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in staff management
- Strong analytical thought process and able to handle tight timeline and stress
- Work Week: 5.25 (Alternate Saturday half day)
