- Set up a filing system and keep all files and correspondence

- Coordinate documentation flow process, delivery & return of documents promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Ensuring that the systems are free from any unauthorized access and malware threats
- Coordinate & Maintain records of all requests for drawings, documents, tags, and datasheets
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
