Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead our new and expanding recruitment and/or manpower outsourcing business at strategic and operational level.
- Strategize, plan and ensure execution of the recruitment and/or manpower outsourcing business objectives are set and met.
- To grow and expand our recruitment and/or manpower outsourcing business.
- Fully responsible for the P&L of the business unit.
- Work with existing customers and potential customers to build successful relationships and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Seasoned professional with at least 5 years' experience in leading a recruitment business unit in an agency environment.
- Managerial experience or dynamic individual contributor who are also looking for leadership and management opportunities (we help to elevate your leadership experience).
