The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and design solutions during the presales phase, collaborating with various stakeholders to prepare project estimates and documentation, and leading technical presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT/networking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and design solutions during the presales phase.
- Collaborate with customers, sales teams, product vendors, and service partners to prepare project estimates and documentation.
- Lead technical presentations and clarify requirements during bidding processes.
- Perform demonstrations and engage with clients early to promote solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Assess new products and solutions in the IT/networking domain.
- Ensure smooth transition from presales to operational teams
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant IT field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in presales or network engineering roles.
- Certifications in networking or security (e.g., Cisco or Huawei) are preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, team-oriented, and proactive.
