Job Description:
- End to end class administration including billing for 2 to 3 virtual & face to face programmes during peak period.
- Covering duties for team members.
- Procurement of catering, external venue for programmes/events.
- Helper for major events.
- Tracking, packing and mailing of the materials.
Job Requirements:
- Only Singaporean.
- Minimum Nitec and above in any discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Virtual platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet & MS Teams.
