- Responsible for infrastructure-related activities including evaluation, implementation, equipment upgrade, maintenance, and support
- Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis ability
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve any System errors
- Perform system design, configuration and recommendations
- Develop and execute integration and test plans
- Installation and support of new hardware, systems and software
- Lead administration of all network devices
- Troubleshoot systems and propose solutions to ensure high system availability
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Document incident report on the system and network performance
- Work closely with the internal engineering development team to define necessary solutions
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
