MARKET DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities.
  2. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  3. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns. Manage and allocate budgets for marketing projects.
  4. Digital Marketing: Oversee online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  5. Product Marketing: Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Conduct competitive analysis and positioning.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure cohesive strategies.
  7. Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to improve customer experience and engagement. Implement loyalty programs and customer feedback mechanisms.
  8. Partnerships and Events: Identify and establish strategic partnerships. Organize and participate in industry events and trade shows.

Required Skills:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term marketing strategies and plans.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinking for developing unique marketing campaigns.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media platforms).

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and team leadership.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications in marketing (e.g., Certified Marketing Professional, Google Analytics) are advantageous.
