JOB RESPONSIBILITES
HR
- Responsible in monthly payroll activities
- HRSM software: Info-Tech
- Knowledge to apply and manage different type of Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation
- Good writing and communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Responsible for whole recruitment process from sourcing to interview arrangement
- To maintain HR personnel related documentations including staffing, recruitment
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
- Provide advice on HR-related matters
- Handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
- Responsible for E-portal jobs
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required
Accounts
- Maintain full set of accounts
- Assist in payroll activities
- To assist in accurate data entry
- To assist in monthly tabulation for contractor payment
- Submission of monthly CPF
- Ensure accuracy & completeness of month end closing activities (monthly financial report)
- Responsible for the completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare Quarterly GST, monthly withholding tax, statutory survey form and statistical returns (when required).
- Supports & Coordinate adhoc assignments and projects as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Higher Nitec preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR industry
- Good Knowledge of MOM guidelines and employment laws
- Be Meticulous to details
- Possess excellent writing (Must) and communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Able to multi-task effectively and work Independently as part of a team
- Proficient in MS. Excel - Pivot table and MS Words
