Job Description
- Inspect HDB commercial premises regularly, including common areas and nearby residential flats, following Client's rules and standards.
- Handle inquiries from shop tenants, lessees, and the public about improvement works at HDB commercial premises, like shops and Civil Defence Shelters.
- Plan and carry out work according to Client guidelines, procedures, and legal requirements. Respond promptly to Client requests and resolve issues.
- Supervise contractors to ensure they complete work on time and meet Client's expectations for repairs and upgrades at HDB commercial premises.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports to HDB on inspections and property maintenance activities.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
- Local Poly Diploma in the relevant fields such as Real Estate, Building, Project and Facilities Management or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of relevant working experience or in the alternative, possess at least 5 years of management experience in the field of facilities management.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Preferably possess certification for Fire Safety Manager
