- Salary range: Junior Retail $1800 - $2200 basic
- Senior Retail $2100 - $2600 basic
- Perks: Allowances, Medical, AWS, Incentive Plans, Progressions to Store managerial role in the long run.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and styling advice to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the store’s performance goals.
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and ensure all merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotional events.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the luxury or jewelry sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for jewelry and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
