Job Description
Accounting
- Daily updating of bank receipts records into the MYOB.
- Preparing AP payment and AP/AR data entering.
- Running weekly AR aging to follow up the outstanding with the salesperson.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Perform month-end accounts closing and submit management reports.
- Draft annual report and submit tax computation.
HR
- Post job ads, select resumes to meet company recruitment needs.
- Maintain and manage HR records.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes [preparation of employment contract, staff induction, tax clearance (IR21)].
- Prepare HR-related letters.
- Responsible for Employment Pass and other work passes, (Application/Renewal/Cancellation).
- Submission of government-paid claims such as childcare leave, etc.
- Processing monthly payroll and staff reimbursement.
- HR administration such as hiring, payroll, CPF, leave record, and income tax (IR8A).
General administration
- Assist auditors to prepare bank confirmation and others.
- Assist the company to organize events.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or professional qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- Independent and at the same time a good team player.
- At least 1 year of relevant account/HR experience.
