- Perform sales logistic operation duties including sales/purchase order process, delivery and invoicing arrangement in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented process.
- Monitor / prepare inventory status report.
- Attend to sales enquiry.
- Demonstrate good communication with vendors/ customers / all related parties.
- Monitoring and following up stocks at customer warehouse (VMI).
- Ensure compliance with Legal & Other requirements.
- Coaching & supporting of subordinate.
- Ensure continual improvement in related field.
Requirements
- Min ‘A’ level and above
- Computer literate and SAP knowledge
- Process import & Export knowledge
- Relating work experience required
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner
- Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, maturely, independently and efficiently with strong customer service mindset
