We are looking for Policy Management Executive to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
Job Description:
- Handle daily policy servicing transactions with efficiency and accuracy.
- Client-Level Updates such as changes in personal details, contact information, and handling returned mail.
- Modifications to coverage or premiums, payment methods, fund switches, premium redirections, top-ups, reinstatements, beneficiary nominations, and assignments.
- Managing payouts for annuities, survivorship checks, and handling maturity, surrender, or withdrawal transactions.
- Adhere to relevant business standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘A’ Level / Diploma in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as CLI, ILP, FNA or M5, M8, M9, HI, are preferred
- Relevant experience in the insurance industry or in an administrative capacity is a plus
