Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care at patients' homes under physician direction.
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor patient health and vital signs.
- Educate patients and families on disease management.
- Coordinate with healthcare team for comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress accurately.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Handle medical emergencies promptly.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families.
Requirement:
- Palliative / Home Care / ICU / ED Trained ( Min 5 years )
- SNB and BCLS Valid
Additional Info :
- 5 days, 8.30 – 5.30pm Office Hours (No on call)
- One day they will be covering 3-4 homes depends on the patient loads
