Restaurang Assistant Manager
Requirements
1. Previous supervisory experience within a restaurant is preferrable.
2. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
3. Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner.
4. Innovative and trustworthy.
5. Ability to remain impartial during conflict.
6. Available to work on shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise the Front Desk Operations, including duties ranging from telephone department, reception, cashiering to concierge services.
2. Manage the department ensuring all staff perform the tasks assigned to them and coordinate Front Office activities with other departments (send email to reservations for reinstate booking from no-show, last minute booking, etc.
3. To be fully in-charge of the department when Front Office Manager is not available dealing with complaints problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise.
4. Must be thoroughly familiar with hotel Policies & Procedures concerning in particular reservation, room charges on guest bills, credit and security.
5. To perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
