Roles:

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with bookings, app usage, and troubleshooting.
  • Handle and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Provide information about services, fares, and policies.

Driver Support:

  • Help drivers with onboarding, documentation, and app usage.
  • Address driver inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Ensure drivers adhere to service standards and policies.

Issue Resolution:

  • Investigate and resolve service-related issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quick problem resolution.

Feedback, Reporting & Assurance:

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback.
  • Generate reports on service metrics.
  • Suggest improvements based on feedback.
  • Monitor customer interactions for quality.
  • Participate in training and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
