Roles:
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with bookings, app usage, and troubleshooting.
- Handle and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Provide information about services, fares, and policies.
Driver Support:
- Help drivers with onboarding, documentation, and app usage.
- Address driver inquiries and resolve issues.
- Ensure drivers adhere to service standards and policies.
Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve service-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick problem resolution.
Feedback, Reporting & Assurance:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback.
- Generate reports on service metrics.
- Suggest improvements based on feedback.
- Monitor customer interactions for quality.
- Participate in training and improvement initiatives.
