Job Responsibilities:
- To understand each department’s daily processes e.g., marketing, sales, human resource, operations etc.
- Be open to learn new things and enjoy the learning journey
- Job rotation between various departments
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and events
- Compiling analysis and making presentations to other team members
- Completing fieldwork and providing evaluation analysis of the company’s services
- Learn various staff functions, including management viewpoints, company policies and practices affecting each phase of business
- Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out by the Department Head.
- Observe experienced staffs to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
- Provide support as needed in the various departments, including data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, client service matters as needed
- Report on company progress
- Compile and evaluate performance reports
- Other Ad-hoc Duties as assigned by superior
Job specification:
- Minimum Diploma (General)
- Candidate with Singapore experience will be an advantage
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented
- Team player with good communication and strong initiative
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good administration and organizing skills
