As a Creative talent, you will be reporting to the stakeholders where you will collaborate closely with to bridge the gap between design, creative strategy, visual storytelling and innovative design approaches to achieve the overall business objectives. Craft, Innovation and brand advocacy efforts within the team, with an aim to push the creative boundaries of Geolah’s brand narrative. Your expertise will empower and coach our team to produce creative and design outcomes that consistently elevates our brand experience, aligns with our brand & design strategy and resonates with our community.
Roles:
- Lead, align and develop the design vision for the Brand with the overall brand identity and objectives.
- Oversee creative projects, driving the continuous development of visual assets across all channels (websites, mobile apps, marketing materials, and social media). Ensure these assets are scalable and are informed by user insights, business goals.
- Develop and implement design strategies to craft seamless and impactful content user journeys across all our digital platforms.
- Supervise and ensure timeliness of delivery and high standards of quality for all creative output, including but not limited to visual design and video production.
- Ensure all creative solutions crafted are strategically aligned, differentiated and resonate with the target audience, users, drivers & strategic partners
- Develop a deep understanding of our target audience, including their needs, preferences, pain points, and motivations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of emerging trends and innovations in design, digital and physical experiences, and physical, including user research findings, competitor strategies, industry content marketing advancements, and evolving target audience motivations.
- Collaborate closely with the stakeholders in coordinating weekly creative operations.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience working in creative, design or a related field
- Strong advocate of brand innovation and storytelling, with the ability to translate brand strategies into compelling visuals and designs. Proven past projects & use cases
- Good proficiency in responsive UI / UX design principles, capable of crafting engaging digital experiences and content across various channels and platforms.
- Conceptual thinker and experimental doer, with a forward-thinking creative acumen who can translate business objectives into impactful creative solutions
- Proven track record of developing ideas, concepts, and strategies based on business insights and innovation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively coach and mentor a team of creatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work effectively in a rapid-growth tech startup environment.
