The Role
Triple-A seeks a bold and strategic Head of Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts and propel our dominance in the dynamic crypto space.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and architect a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, user acquisition, and significant market share growth.
- Craft and oversee the execution of all marketing initiatives across various channels, including content marketing, social media marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), public relations (PR), and influencer marketing.
- Direct and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and collaborate with marketing agencies and vendors, ensuring optimal campaign delivery and return on investment (ROI).
- Cultivate and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity for the company across all marketing touchpoints.
- Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials such as website content, blog posts, press releases, and social media content.
- Analyse marketing performance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Stay at the forefront of the latest marketing trends and technologies in the crypto industry.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand recognition and thought leadership.
- Lead in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and emerging trends within the crypto ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in scaling brands within the B2B or FinTech industries.
- An interest in the cryptocurrency space and its unique marketing challenges.
- Expertise in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.
- A passion for innovation and a relentless drive to push boundaries in the marketing landscape.

- Experience in building and managing high-performing marketing teams within fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- A proven track record of success in launching and scaling new products or services within the FinTech or blockchain space.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency regulations and their impact on marketing activities.
