Geolah is a Singapore-based AI-powered tech platform founded in 2020. We offer on-demand services such as ride-hailing, limousine services, parcel delivery, and transportation. We prioritize the well-being and safety of our fleet drivers, promoting a better work-life balance and reshaping the future of mobility.
Roles:
- Respond to user inquiries via in-app ticketing, phone, email, and walk-in.
- Assist users with app issues, job status and wallet withdrawal.
- Handle and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Help drivers with onboarding, documentation, and app usage.
- Ensure drivers adhere to service standards, authorities and platform policies.
- Investigate and resolve service-related issues.
- Investigate any platform breach or driver misconduct
- Coordinate with internal teams, authorities for problem resolution.
- Collect and analyze user feedback via reports. Suggest improvements based on feedback.
- Monitor customer interactions for quality. Participate in training and improvement initiatives.
- Replying business correspondence with plain language and business writing techniques
- Conducting phone coaching to Driver Partners who breached platform's policy
- Be a bridge between Driver Partners and Users and conduct inquiry on disputes
- Ensuring Driver Partners adhere to service, safety rules, violations and conducts by enforcing appropriate disciplinary actions & lapses
- Monitoring all driver fleet performance for rides, transport & delivery type
- Assisting undelivered parcels upon route completion, including payments & cancellation if any
- Handling of parcel exceptions such as missorted, lost, damaged parcels or missing if any.
- Ensure driver compliance to safety standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Min Secondary, Diploma in Business or related field
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Objective thinker, able to be firm yet empathetic
- Analytical and resilient with ambition to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication & written skills. Problem-solving superpowers.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
