Team Introduction

The Product Operations team for Marketplace is responsible for evaluating and ensuring the usability and effectiveness of the Marketplace product. This role involves conducting various tests, analysing user interactions, reviewing user journey, and providing valuable feedback to improve the overall user experience.

The Product Operations Analyst will collaborate closely with Product Managers to identify and address any usability issues, enhance the Product's functionality, optimise user satisfaction, eventually leading to better product performance


Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive product testing of the marketplace system to assess its performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and user flows to evaluate the product's functionality, responsiveness, and accuracy
  • Analyse user interactions and behavior by reviewing user journey to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities for enhancement
  • Collaborate with the Product Managers to provide actionable feedback and recommendations for optimising the user experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements and ensure the product aligns with user needs and expectations
  • Document and maintain detailed records of test results, issues, and improvement suggestions
  • Provide support and guidance to the development team in implementing user experience enhancements
  • Assist in training and guiding end-users in effectively utilizing the product

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or quantitative field
  • Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia to work on Indonesia market as job scope is on product features for Indonesia market
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience in Product Operations or a similar role
  • Knowledge in usability testing tools and techniques is a plus
